Web Hosting & Management

We provide both onsite and remote support for hardware, software, networking, and data backup and recovery. Hard drive with thousands of family pictures suddenly stopped working – unless some catastrophic has gone wrong we can usually retrieve these and transfer them to a new computer for you.

Application and PC Install and tune up services are available to keep your PC/laptop running in the best condition possible.

Virus protection, detection and malware removal is a frequent service of ours. Your laptop running really slow and keeps receiving random pop ups to various websites? You may have a virus – we’ll scan, clean and remove all traces of viruses and malware from your system.

Remote support allows us to resolve issues quickly over the internet, while onsite support involves a technician visiting your location for hardware-related or complex issues.

You can reach us via phone, email, or our online ticketing system. We also offer a live chat option during business hours.

Existing clients under our managed services can also view existing requests and submit new tickets via the client portal.

Our standard support hours are:

  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday to Sunday – 10:30am to 3:00pm

Emergency and after-hours support are available at additional rates. Contact us for more information.

This could be due to low disk space, too many background programs, malware, or outdated hardware. We can diagnose the specific cause and recommend a solution.

Common causes include network outages, misconfigured settings, or faulty equipment. We’ll guide you through checking your router, restarting your devices, or running diagnostics.

Check that it’s powered on, connected, and not showing error lights. If remote troubleshooting doesn’t work, we can provide onsite assistance.

Resolution times vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Generally we’re able to resolve most issues within the first hour. If your issue will take longer than this we’ll usually know pretty quickly and be able to discuss the options and solutions with you.

Yes, onsite support is by appointment to ensure availability. In emergencies, we aim to dispatch a technician as soon as possible at an additional charge.

We use secure remote access tools to connect to your computer. Once connected, we can troubleshoot, repair, or guide you through solutions.

Yes, we use encrypted connections and only access your system with your permission. You can monitor the session at all times.

Our on-demand tech support fees are billed at $60 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour billed for all support. Further time is billed in 30 minute increments.

i.e. if it took an hour and a half to resolve you’re issue, it will cost you $90.

If you prefer that we come onsite to you during our standard support hours, or the nature of your issue requires us to be onsite to resolve, a non-refundable $30 call out fee applies.

Yes! We’re proud to be able to offer two options.

1. Purchase prepaid credits to use for  IT support when you need it the most. These credits will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase

2. Small Businesses requiring the support of a full IT team, but not cost associated can enter into an agreement for Managed IT Services. This all-inclusive service for a fixed monthly fee will take care of your support, licensing and IT operations.

Install a reliable antivirus program, keep your system updated, avoid suspicious links, and regularly back up your data. If you suspect that your device may have a virus, please contact us to discuss the options.

Keep software updated, run antivirus scans, clean your device physically, and ensure backups are running properly. We can assist with all of this – contact us to discuss.

Use automatic cloud backups, external hard drives, and implement a data recovery plan. We can help set this up for you.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime within a calendar month. Our wild guarantee to you is that if we can’t meet this promise we’ll credit the cost of the entire month’s hosting back to you as our way of saying sorry*

Our plans vary depending on your requirements and are scalable to grow as your website demands and business grows.  Our Basic plan has 1GB of space which is more than enough for most “virtual business card” informational sites and scale up to 25GB with our Platinum plan for media intensive sites. Absolutely! Every plan we offer includes a free SSL Certificate powered by Let’s Encrypt to secure your site that automatically renews. An SSL certificate is an essential component of any website, especially for businesses that want to build trust, ensure security, and improve their search engine rankings. 

We sure do! Our Business and Platinum plans include our Web Management subscription service to keep your web data safe from loss or disaster. Backups are performed daily, weekly and monthly – additional custom schedules can be included based upon requirement.

At this time we don’t offer email hosting unfortunately. However we can absolutely assist with DNS configurations to point your domain and email traffic to our host. (Included as part of the migration service when you sign up)

Yes, services like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are compatible to use with our hosting.

All of our hosting plans already automatically include WordPress as part of the set up process!

Yep! Our Business and Platinum plans are perfectly suited for e-commerce sites and services such as shopping carts, SSL and payment gateway integrations.

Yes, we provide user-friendly administrative control of your site via cPanel.

Both options are available. If you’re tech savvy enough you can absolutely manage your site via cPanel (common use cases are DNS entries via Zone Manager). Our support is always available to assist with common administrative assistance where required.

Managed hosting services via our Web Management subscription are also available for full end-to-end management of your site to keep your site in optimal condition via reporting, monitoring, patching and backups.

Yes! All plans include free migration and configuration to get your site up and running as fast as possible*

You’ll receive a notification and we’ll work with you to either resolve the issue to comply with your plan or assist you the transition to a plan that meets your growing needs.

No, we don’t charge any sign up or set up fees. In rare cases where the migration of an existing site is super complex we’ll discuss with you the options for a solution that works for you.

For convenience our plans are paid online via credit/debit card. To make it easy for you our plans are billed annually and automatically renew to ensure no disruption to your website – you’ll receive a notification prior to this.

There are no hidden fees or additional costs for our plans. Increasing prices are a last resort for us and something we never want to do without a significant value uplift for our clients meriting the increase in cost.

If price increases do happen, you won’t be affected until your renewal happens and we’ll give you plenty of notice beforehand to discuss the options with you.

Unfortunately at this time we are not providing or hosting domain registration. We can absolutely assist you with this, contact us for more info.

Update your domain’s DNS settings to point to our name servers. Contact our Support for assistance with this.

Yes, DNS management is included with all hosting plans.

Yes, you can create and manage subdomains easily. Common examples are blog.domain.com.au or shop.domain.com.au.

Yes, our data centers are purely in Australia to ensure faster speeds and better performance for local visitors.

Contact our Support to discuss your plan options. Upgrading your plan is easy and can be done at any time maintaining your renewal period (you will only have to pay the pro-rata amount for the time left in your 12 month plan).

Downgrading a plan can be performed at the time of renewal, our Support team can assist you with this.

We’ll be super sad to see you go! If you really have to though, you can cancel anytime by contacting our support and be refunded the remainder in months on your plan rounded up to the next month (i.e. if your plan renewed January 1st and you cancelled middle of June, you would be refunded for July to December)
