Solve My IT is committed to maintaining the security of cardholder data and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We ensure that all credit card transactions processed through our website are handled with the utmost security and care and meet all PCI DSS requirements.

When processing credit card transactions, we use a third-party payment processor who are fully compliant with PCI DSS. Our contracts with these processors require them to maintain all applicable PCI DSS requirements for our customers’ cardholder data.

Third-Pary Processor Compliance:

  • Our third-party processor is responsible for the security of cardholder data they process on our behalf.
  • We engage in due diligence to ensure that our processors are PCI DSS compliant.
  • We require our processors to provide us with current evidence of their compliance status.
  • We monitor our processors’ compliance status on a regular basis.
